I'm not sore?
So for the past 2-3 weeks I have been trying to eat better and exercise. And I have been going to the gym a lot because I am really enjoying it but I haven't felt sore or I have very mild soreness if I do. Does that mean I should push myself more? I don't want to push myself too much and hurt myself..:?:
