What keeps you going?
So I'm basically half way complete with my journey. I remember in the beginning I had that spark, but literally as I reached my half way point, my motivation is waning, yes I still want to lose weight and maybe this is just a little rough patch I'm going through, but I treated myself since yesterday when i reached my half way goal and tomorrow I'm getting back into the swing of things, it's' just...I don't know how to keep things feeling fresh. I get bored easy so that's part of my challenge. I guess I'm going to start experimenting with brand new things, but the first 67 pounds were all due to experimentation with fitness and my food lifestyle change. I don't have a set in stone regimen as some might have, maybe that's a good thing?:dizzy: What keeps you all going strong?
