Vitamins and supplements
What vitamins and supplements do you all take?

I take calcium, vit e, B6, Selenium, folic acid, magnesium, fish oil capsules, flax seed oil capsules, CoQ10, and a multivitamin. I also add soy protein to my daily smoothie.
