I found what has turned out to be one of my favorite my videos. Diet, Health, and the Wisdom of Crowds. Remarkable video, highly recommend it.

It goes over some background of Ancel Keys and the 'Lipid Hypothesis'. How it was rejected at first, then he became a board member of American Heart Association.

How Food Pyramid got started. I do disagree with video here. I have heard it was more pushed by industry and government went along.

In any case the main point was the Wisdom of Crowds, peer sharing, what we do here has the power to transform health, diet,advice everything. We may disagree from time to time but 3FC is still very powerful.

Great video, very much worth watching.
