I am new to this , and am really looking for friends to help in those times of no self control. I find myself binge eating, and I end up gaining . I workout five days a week and look great but could blow up to 230 again if I am not careful. hope to meet people with same txs greg
It's great that you recognize when you binge, and that is great that you are active. I think binge eating is a tough issue, but awareness is an important first step. Personally, I am going to go back to Overeaters Anonymous, a twelve step program for overeating. There are good books on the topic of overeating too. Good luck.
