is anyone from Maryland? just looking for someone close by to chat with! :)

Waving a hand and saying "Here I am!" I am new to 3 Fat Chicks and love reading the posts. I live in Montgomery Village -- they had to be difficult and separate from Gaithersburg, but MV is in Montgomery County, MD, and I live maybe 25 miles northwest of Washington, D.C. Born in FL but lived in Mont. Co. all my life.

Where do you live?! Anymore Marylanders out there?!

I live in Germantown in Montgomery County, just up 270 from Montgomery Village, actually. I grew up in PA, came to DC for college, and then moved to the suburbs. I was in Silver Spring for about 5 years, then we bought a house in Germantown. :)

Hey, did you get an email to go to an atkins seminar in Tysons? I am thinking about going. LowCarb Boot Camp If you decide to go, let me know and maybe we could meet up there?:^:

Laurel, MD here...new to 3FC and nice to see some 'locals' on here! Just starting the diet get in shape thing again and would love to know more about the Atkins thing.

Maryland has a little bit for everyone....mountains to beaches...snow to warmth..:)...It has the Chesapeake Bay which is breathtaking....I love it here.

I am transferring schools so it looks like either Baltimore (Goucher College) or Frederick (Hood College). I am really looking forward to the change in scenery but am afraid of the winter weather. My daughter lives in Harpers Ferry, WV so my main goal is to be closer to her.

Hello neighbors! I live in Baltimore City and I'm new to 3FC.

dinamichele - I work for a domestic violence agency near Goucher and we hire a lot of students from the school. My experiences with Goucher have always been fabulous and the grads have a lot of dedication and pride in the school. They all really seem to have had a good experience. Edgemere resident here...close to Dundalk.....

Rockville here, but lost in the mix of Gaithersburg/Rockville/Mont. Village. It seems every time I cross the street I'm in a different place! I go to American U and work in the city.

OOOOO! OOOO! :wave: I live in Pasadena, MD! It's sooo good to see other Marylanders around here! If anyone is around me/interested it would be great to put together a group that meets occasionally!!!

I'm 23 and live on a houseboat, but I work in Rockville. I am also fighting my way thru school, so I don't have a TON of time, but it would be great to have the support!!! - Biz
