Default You Really Do Weigh Less In The Morning!

I only weigh myself once a day, right after I wake up, before eating or drinking anything.

I weigh every morning andat least once a week, I'll also weigh before bed. I lose about 2-3 lbs overnight (I do weigh after using the potty).

I also weigh first thing but I also weigh before going to bed to give me a heads-up on what the morning will bring. For example, at this very moment I have just weighed myself and I am below my weight this morning. That spells a ma-husive loss tomorrow.

But on those days I am up 2 or 3 pounds in the evening compared to my morning weigh in that signals a gain. I normally have a gain once (sometimes twice) every week.

It's just how my body works.

My Mom told me this as a child and it always stuck. I only weigh myself first thing in the morning, totally naked and after bathroom break.

I knew I was not the only one! You guys have no idea (or maybe you do? lol), it really bums me out if I am not having a 'regular' day because I know my weight could have been slightly lower.

I used to weigh 2 more pounds in the evening than I did in the morning. I noticed though, when I got down to 150 and got my water percentage up closer to where it should be, I started weighing the same no matter what time of day it was. Now the only time I weigh more is right after a bath. Internet says it's from my skin soaking up water. Makes sense to me I guess.

I actually weigh less mid afternoon! Basically when I get home from work I weigh. In the morning I am a couple of lbs higher. I guess in the afternoon I have a bit less water weight?

I usually weigh 2-3 lbs less in the morning. I too weigh myself before bed once in a while to see where I'm going to be in the morning. Nice to know I 'm not alone in this
