Mo'Nique lost weight
Monique is an African American Comedian. She was the star of the TV show THE PARKERS. she was about 300lbs on the show. At least that' what she said yesterday. I don't think she looked that big. She also had her own late night TV show.
Anyway she was doing a radio show in NY yesterday and she talks about her weight loss journey. I remember when she had her late night show that she started losing weight. Well she said she's now lost 80lbs.
Good for her she always looked fabulous to me.
Anyway you can follow her on twitter because she tweets her workout photo every day. She's really going at it. I wish I had that much energy.
