OMG, is this funny, and is so like our cat ChubChub it's freaky. She definitely thinks she is one very abused and neglected kittygirl, and the more attention she gets, the more grumpy and disgruntled she becomes. She's always loudly complaining with gravely meows, and she doesn't have a sweet meow. We joke that if she were human, she'd be a chain-smoking, chain-swearing, hard-drinking, hard-living, overtanned grandma.

Now our previous cat was the opposite, she was more like a quiet little lapdog - constantly at my side, and very empathetic. When the baby in the upstairs apartment would cry, our Kiki would cry at the ceiling, seeming to expect one of us to go help. If hubby or I were sick, she wouldn't leave our side. She never really "complained" until the day before she died at only 4 years old of a heart defect.

Now ChubChub we would rush to the vet, if she ever STOPPED complaining.

LOL! "I have vomited 3 times in protest but there is no sign anything will change."

I saw this posted the other day on cheezburger. I laughed so hard.

"It's 3am...I will stand post and sing the song of my people." OMG this is so my cat.

This is one of my cats. She meows about 10 minutes after lights out, and it sounds like she's saying "hellooooooo"
