Sorry need to vent. Okay so this wolf sanctuary I USED to love (I am wolfgirl69 after all) stole MY VERY OWN VERY LAST 60 dollars and since I am a 17 year old in school no job can't drive I can't get more. I bought two wolf naturally shedded fur filled pendants on leather strings-30 each 4 months ago. NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I called 2 months ago they said they were sorry and would take care of it. Messaged them 2 weeks ago asking for refund stating the whole situation and they said they'd take care of it a week ago.... NOW THEIR IGNORING ME. I fell in love with that place and those beautiful creatures and now I never want to go back. They have turned it into a horrible experience. :(

Okay I'm done... so disappointed...

How did you pay? Did you send them cash? Or did you pay using a card? You may or may not have recourse, depending how you paid.

I thought paypal did help with fraudulent sellers, or is that just on ebay? It wouldn't hurt to try. Also, I don't know if they're non-profit, but you might be able to report them to the BBB. I know they help with dispute resolution.

I would definitely contact paypal asap, although too much time may have elapsed. Show them the emails and also contact the company afterwards and tell them that you reported them. Good luck.

I'd keep calling, rather than messaging - easy to ignore or miss a message; much harder to ignore the phone call.

I would contact PayPal as well. If nothing else, report them. PayPal may not be able to get your money back but they may be able to shut down their account.
