I was thinking during my workout about the thread about judging others is talking about catching a snapshot of a person during one particular moment of their life. I started thinking about how I'm trying to get back to my prior fitness level from before my children when I used to run and felt mostly comfortable in my clothes. I thought about how we move a lot (military) and most of my friends here and the previous duty station don't know the "before" me. This whole eating healthy and working out thing is like some major life change that I'm doing rather than what it is to me: snapping out of my fog and getting back to my real self.

If I wore a personalized t-shirt, it would say:

it would be a picture of me before kicking butt, *running* up hills not slowly plodding up them, like I do now. I'd make sure it had a great picture of my "guns" that I had to show off in my wedding dress. No long sleeves for me, baby.;)


What would your shirt say or what would the picture be?

(by the way, this week, my shirt that I would wear to my son's school would say "I'm not always this scattered and disorganized):dizzy:

I can only imagine the looks I'd get from people, but I so don't care! Only need my own approval ;)

My personal workout tshirt would be black (of course, it's slimming!). And it would have a silver or bright pink glittery simple quote in a fun font:

I have one in the works. Someone who tried to insult me actually gave me the best nickname: "Teflon T[lastname]" for my last name that begins with a T.

He said everything just rolls off me and I'm always okay. :)
