Underwear.....

My Goal is a 6 hiphuggers (like in my early 20's)

This is one of the main things that I use to show myself that I am losing weight. It makes me so happy to go from a tight 13 to a loose 12 and I am looking forward to buying newer smaller ones. It just makes me happy to look in the mirror and see the loose material (I wear cotton briefs).

What have you all noticed and are looking forward too? Guys too!!

Medium panties would be great, BUT if I could shrink from my 38E bra to 34C/D that would be fab!!!

A size 4 in jeans. All my highschool years I was between a 0-1 depending on the day. I am now a size 8, slowly getting to a 6 within a month or so I'm hoping. Also, smaller bra size. I'm a D right now but would like to get down to a C - for my own health reasons for the future.

You know throughout my weight loss I never even thought of a goal underwear size, lol! I just wanted to not have an X in front of the L, or rather, I never really thought underwear size mattered all that much. I figured I'd just end up wherever I'd end up at! However, being a medium is nice.

As far as bras are concerned, I'm currently in a 34C and I really don't want to get any smaller than this. When I went to my last fitting at VS, I was trying on B-cups and they were only a little bit too small, so I guess I could end up a B cup when I'm finally done but I don't really want to, lol. It's really kind of hard to imagine that I went from a DD to a small C/large B cup. That seems like a big difference to me.

I'm finally wearing new XL undies, I feel like a million bux. I'm finally losing some of the fat from the front area (do you ladies call it FUPA or something LOL?).

I still wear my 22-24s since they are in good condition and pretty but man, what a saggy butt! They are fine under my workout clothes, etc. though.

Who knew undies could mean so much!

I bought a whole bunch of Vanity Fair panties on sale many years ago. Most of them are a size 6, which is what I have worn my whole life until I got fat. There are a few size 7s. I find that I can now get into the 7s, no problem. I am so glad to be seeing the end of my cheap "big store" panties in sizes 11, 10 and 9.

I said something to my DH about his underpants. He rather huffily told me that men don't call them underpants.

I had to think about that for a second. I guess that is true for me. I call them "underwear." I guess "underpants" sounds like something that little boys wear.

By the way, I have no idea what size so I can't even guess! Right now I'm still wearing 3X that I bought a few months back when I was wearing size 48-50 jeans. According to the conversion chart, size 3X corresponds to sizes 48-50. But since I have lost weight over the last few months, I'm now wearing pants that are 42-44. Those sizes are between an XL and a 2X. But the weird thing is that even though those 48 - 50 jeans are too big on me and I've been wearing the 42-44, the 3X underwear still fit fine. I haven't tried a pair of 2X because the 3X still fit well, so maybe I could fit into 2X if I really tried. But its weird that the underwear I bought months ago seems to fit me the same as when i first bought them, but the pants I bought at the same time do not! It must be because of the elasticity of the fabric. I can't think of any other explanation (... except that gremlins are breaking into my underwear drawer and swapping out my 3X pairs with 2X pairs that are mis-marked as 3X!. On second thought, that's most likely what's going on.

I was in 5X or 6X at the height of my weight, and I had to buy new pairs because those were literally falling down on me!

Underwear comes in number sizes? I take a medium now so...Really I'm good for pantie sizes lol I would like to be a jean size 2/4 though

I'm currently wearing a size 6 in panties and am just about ready to go down another size. How panties fit me doesn't correspond to the size charts at all. I guess that's because I wear them a million miles below my belly button so there's no stomach coverage and I have narrow hips and a small butt. Bras, however....ugh. I'm currently wearing 36FF. I have daydreams of wearing a B cup. Shrink, boobies, shrink!!!

Lol good luck on boob shrinkage! My band gets smaller and smaller and my cup size not so much lol my boobs shrunk but they shrunk in proportion to the rest of me so they are just as big on my current body as they were on my biggest body . You may just be naturally large boobed like me. I am a 32/34 F/FF (G)

I have a funny story about underwear and a sorta reason why I started this thread....

5 years ago I lost about 60 lbs (yeah) so that I could fit on an airplane to Puerto Rico for my 50th Birthday present of a cruise (all by myself I will add), I was still wearing my same (washed of course) underwear that I had been throughout the weight loss and just liked that it was kinda baggy... But I liked that. Well 1 day I had pulled the waist band of my underwear up and out of my skirt by mistake. (It was pointed out to me).... Well I decided to see how far I could pull it up and low and behold it went up and over my chest... now I was doing this in our office work room (thank god all women in our office) and I was so happy that I could do that with my underwear.. Well I have now become a story of the office over the years. I have since left that office and my friend (still there) says that my boss still tells the story. It is funny (silly actually) and such a exclamation point that proved I lost weight. My silly life....

Just wanted to share LOLOLOL and I cannot WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN!!!
