What are you reading March 2013?

Wow, March is here! Please share with us what you are reading this month.

I'm reading The F Word. Tales of a fat girl. It's been decent so far.

What are you reading?

I am currently re-reading the Diana Gabaldon series, Outlander. I'm on the book Drums of Autumn.

I am reading:
The New Rules of Lifting for Women
Fifty Shades of Grey (I started this ages ago and really only ever pick it up now and then)
Water for Elephants

And a couple others that I started a while back and need to start over.

I'm reading, fifty shades freed, pride & prejudice & zombies, and As the world dies.

I'll have to look up the F word, I haven't heard of that one. It sounds like a good read.

It is pretty good. And if you have a kindle or app on your phone, I got my copy for 2.99. Can't beat that price for a good read

Another piece of my heart by Jane Green
and a few more by Jennifer Wiener.
and Unglued by Lisa TerKeurst

I've been listening to a lot of audiobooks lately on my long commute to work. A friend recommended a young adult series that I actually REALLY enjoy (on book 10!) and I've been listening to that since January! The series was written by several different authors, and it's called The 39 Clues.

I know it sounds a little ridic to be listening to young adult books, but it is actually the perfect level of stuff I can listen to while driving. I don't have to pay too much attention, but it is really entertaining.

I'm reading the second 50's book. My boyfriend got me so many book sets for Xmas, it's taking me forever to get through them. With me being in school, it's tough to keep up. After the 50 set I have the Hunger Games set and then the Twilight series. I have awhile to go haha

I just finished these two books:

"The Storyteller" by Jodi Picoult
"Me Before You" by Jojo Moyes

I need light reading after those books, so I just started Jenny Colgan's "Christmas at the Cupcake Cafe" and Cathy Kelly's "The Honey Queen."
Neither book is out in the USA yet, but I ordered both from vendors at abebooks.com I like a lot of British/Irish authors that are not published here.

I am reading the third book in the Game of Thrones series (the Song of Ice and Fire series), "A Storm of Swords". I started reading the series last month and have not been able to stop!

Suzie, how was "The Storyteller"? Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite authors and I've read most of her other books.

TheBunneh 03-07-2013 04:55 PM

I'm in the middle of Agorafabulous by Sara Benincasa.

It's a little crude for my taste, but interesting so far.

FickleHearts 03-07-2013 07:19 PM

I'm reading It by Stephen King for the 8th time.

I really need to browse the Kindle store LOL.

harmonyBelle 03-10-2013 05:19 PM

I'm reading Anna Karenina, for the first time. Really enjoying it. I want to finish the book before I see the movie.

Skinnygirldreams 03-10-2013 05:46 PM

I am about to read Devil in the White City once I finish Definitely dead (sookie stackhouse series book)... then I'm going to start the Game of Thrones series :)

queenofthehouse 03-11-2013 09:35 AM

I'm reading "The Midwife of Hope River" by Patricia Harman. It's excellent, set back in 1920's-30's.

CatoftheCanals 03-11-2013 06:54 PM

Missy Krissy and Skinnygirldreams, I am OBSESSED with Game of Thrones. Finished all of the released books a couple of months ago, and now trying to wait patiently for the next one!

I am also a fan of Jodi Picoult, but "The Storyteller" seems like such a change from her usual books. Is it as good?

I am almost done with "The Lifeboat" by Charlotte Rogan. It is okay, not as good as I expected, or thought it could be, but the end may surprise me :)
