Nothing tastes more heavenly than a fresh egg from a happy chicken that's allowed to run, flap, eat bugs and do other chickeny things! Most of what's available in the store is pale in comparison by looks and taste! We are *thinking* about raising some of our own, but something else would have to go - we are seriously overcommitted to a bunch of other things. Good luck and happy production!

I will! We have three eggs right now and are holding off for a few more! Once we try them I will update with how they compare!! :D

It is really exciting! We have 6 hens, and hubby wants to get more and a roo in the spring! We will see!
