Seriously though, worst time of the month. I go from being all "omg I'm going to reach my goal weight this year I AM SO MOTIVATED LET'S EAT SALAD AND WORK OUT!" to "okay let me die why won't my jeans fit me wHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME I AM A GOOD PERSON".
Funny thing is that it happens every month. I should get used to it. Still I freak out and want to go into hiding because I've "gained weight!!!11!1!". Bah.

Every time I step on the scale during *that* week... I know its *that* time of the month and I know its water and I know its not fat and I know I didn't eat enough to gain that and I know it'll go... but it just doesn't help!
Gggrrr. Periods. Gggrrr.
It's absolutely horrible!
I have a pair of skinny jeans (like, can barely breathe in them lol!) and a pair of "normal" jeans... I can't even up my zipper on my normal jeans right now. Feeling so faaaaaat.
And now I'm starting the everlasting "omg what if I gained weight why did I gain weight brb doing a water fast I need to lose weight" panicking. In a week from now I'll look back on this post and be like "girl you need to calm yo shiz".
Blame it on hormones!
The time of the month makes us crazy and doubt ourselves... but we're better than that!!
The time of the month wins for 1 week... but we kick its butt the other 3 weeks!!
