Healthy cracker suggestions?

I'm not looking for the lowest calorie option... or substitutes... but a healthy cracker. Lower sodium. Maybe some fiber. Not huge on calories. But healthy. Maybe whole grain? I don't know.

I eat a cracker or 4 several each day when I take meds. For many years I've eaten Saltines. They're low calories but they're also not really that great for you. If I'm going to consume calories... I'd like there to be some nutrition in em!

Thanks so much!

Try Crunchmaster Multigrains. You can get big box at Sam's Club. Nutrition is HERE. I've also seen smaller boxes at Giant Eagle.

I like the Speciak K Multi-grain crackers. Lower calories and really pretty good.

You might find this thread helpful for ideas, though it's geared to calorie counts:

We like Wasa crackers. There's a really puffy one that's low in calories and really just a holder for your cheese or whatever, and some sturdier ones with whole grains and fiber.

I like Kavli Crispbread. Three pieces = 60 calories. They're made with whole grains, are low in sodium (40 mg / three piece serving), and no fat. My local store only carries the plain ones, but they have some different flavors that I would like to try.

They are VERY plain, but are nice because they also don't tempt me to overeat too much, and a bit of spray butter or other flavoring livens them up. Nice with cucumbers and some spreadable cheese.

I just discovered Le Pain des Fleurs. They are delicious. I got the chestnut ones and quinoa ones. I got them at my health food store.

I love triscuits. they are made with only wheat, oil, and salt. Can't beat that!
