Talking I never thought feeling sick could feel so good (NSV)

Today my family and I went out, I had finished eating my healthy lunch and then the rest of my family decided to go get some fast food (burger king)

Even though it's only been about two months OP the smell alone made me want to throw up. Literally for almost an hour I felt sick to my stomach and wanted to throw up.

I never thought feeling sick could feel so good, I mean... fast food disgusts me now and that to me, is a non scale victory (nsv)

Yay!!!! Haha, I was a bit confused by your title at first but ahh, gotcha now. While the smell of most fast food did not bother me, the taste totally did. I only like one cheeseburger from Wendy's out of all the "popular" fast food joints and that is only when I have a hangover which isn't that often, thankfully, lol!

I was just tempted by the Italian chicken sandwich I saw on a BK commercial; your post fixed me real quick! Then I looked up the nutrition info and that doubly confirmed I'm not going off plan!

Hope you are feeling better!

i cant stand mcdonalds food anymore....which is the only fast food place we have in town...i dont mind going there for someone else (kids, family etc) but not even the fries are very tempting anymore...once in a great awhile, like once a year maybe, i'll get an ice cream cone there....more often i will get a diet soda there since you can get insanely big ones here for $1 (way cheaper than the stores)....but in general, yeah, bleck lol

When ever we watch biggest loser and see how the contestants react to fast food after some time on the ranch we never believed they actually felt grossed out. I guess it's true. I wish I would have that reaction, my father in law lives with us and brings home junk food a couple times a week. Although I wont dare go near it, I find myself opening windows or going upstairs because I still enjoy the scent and want to eat it. I hope one day I will find the smell or the idea sickening.

Burger King and McDonalds ... some of the worst fast food on the Planet.

Walk into In&Out burger, take a deep breath, and tell me it does not smell glorious.

Each to their own I suppose ...

Congrats. At least that means the cravings are gone.

Fast food has always made me sick. The only fast food I can keep down without trouble is Wendys.

I'm in the same boat. I never thought I could reject McDonald's french fries, but now they smell gross and greasy in a yucky way.

I've been passing fast food restaurants recently amazed that I could easily go to Taco Bell or McD's and grab a snack or lunch there. Now, I can't. The smell drives me away or even just tasting the food, it doesn't taste as good.

And I love me a good hamburger! But it has to be a GOOD one, mouth watering type of hamburger, with delicious french fries or sweet potato fries. If I am going to waste my calories on that, it better be GOOD!

That is awesome! I haven't walked into a fast food place since starting my journey this month, but I did give in and get a bottle of soda yesterday.

I used to drink soda like a mad woman and couldn't get enough! But you know what? I took 3 sips out of the bottle and passed it on to my husband. I couldn't stomach it! I feel victorious!

Not sure I want to risk nausea and head to a fast food place anytime soon though! LOL!!!
