Now, it took a while for me to be able to see myself at my goal weight, what I am wearing how I look, what am I doing, what does it feel like, using my senses, what do I smell feel touch etc. Now I’m reading the best technique is not to see yourself like your looking at yourself but from your own view point as in you look through your own eyes.
It so weird I just can’t do it right now, I just see myself as fat, I try to see it differently what I look like, how I dress all the above but it’s just to weird,
I just see myself more overweight than I actually am.Any one else having this problem or how did you manage to change it and does visualization help you with your weight loss.
