Here's what I take and why:- I'm allergic to seafood so I take flax oil pills to boost up my omega-3's.
- I take vitamin D since I don't get a lot of sun (and from what I've read, most overweight people are deficient regardless).
- I take calcium because I'm a woman
and I don't eat a lot of foods that contain it. 
- I recently started taking a B vitamin complex for extra energy, which seems to be helping my anxieties more than anything else. I don't feel it's a placebo effect simply because I didn't make the connection until after the fact. Anything that helps with my anxieties is a huge bonus!
