An "Oldie" Returning.......
Hi All.
I've been a Member of 3FC since 2006. A while back my little group we had here stopped posting here. I'm still in contact with those wonderful ladies, but I kinda miss it here. Plus I am in need of a big swift :kickbutt:!!! Just haven't had any energy at all lately. Infact I had to FORCE myself out of bed today. So I know that something has to change. I know everybody says to just get moving, to just do it, but its tough when you feel so blah. :kickcan: So I'm back to hopefully get some of you wonderful folks to help motivate me to get up and get moving! I hope you all are all well! :hug: |

Welcome back to 3 Fleshy Chicks! ;) :) I know it's hard to get restarted, but it's better to be doing something positive for yourself than to be stuck in the bed just wishin' you would! ;) What's your plan? calorie counting? exercise? :) I can be found lurking in the calorie counting forum most days. ;) :) |

I know its tough. I figure this is my first step into getting healthier. Reaching out. ;) I have a friend who recently dropped a bunch of weight and is now very knowledgeable in foods/WL so I'm thinking of sitting down with him and having him help me with a plan to lose weight. I'm a Type II Diabetic so I'm supposed to be on a Low Carb diet but that has been a rough one because I'm a total Carb Addict! lol. I'll check out the Calorie counting forum. :) |
Fantastic that you have a buddy! That helps a lot!!
Although I weigh everyday, I have a friend who weighs in with me once a week which keeps me honest. :D Besides calorie counting I also eat low carb and it's working for me. :) |
