Rediscovered the Wii
A number of years ago I bought a Wii and Wii Fit. I played it a couple times and then it went into the closet.
Last week, I discovered that I could get 4-5,000 more steps a day with it. Yeah! It's been a great thing on the days when I have back to back meetings. Does anyone have any good recommendations for other good Wii fitness games? I like the dance ones but I'm not particularly coordinated so it can't be anything too complex. :) Thanks. |
I use the wii every day - I use Biggest Loser Challenge 5 days a week and do a little bit of wii fit or EA Active (don't like that one as much) on the other days.
There are a lot of options with Biggest Loser Challenge - I've been using it for over a year and just this week there was a new exercise that I'd never had before so it's always changing and it has options for all parts of the body. |
I love the Wii Just Dance...I think #2 is the best of them all. My kids and I play and you don't realize how much you sweat until you're done.

Sweet! Thanks for the recommendations! I picked up Jillian Michaels 2011. It's an interesting approach, but it doesn't work so well for me. Live and learn.
