A friend of mine just finished taking a bottle and she said it did nothing for her. Maybe people have different results? I don't really buy into those things, but maybe it'll work for someone else.
I have been popping raspberry ketones for about a month now. The 1st couple weeks I lost about 10 lbs, but now I am up 5lbs again. I have been taking 100mgs 3 times daily. I was thinking about getting the stronger ones next time. I love the aftertaste and that they are natural. I definintly feel like I have more energy from them, but I am not really sure if they are "shrinking" my fat cells. I am not giving up yet since I did lose some weight, but it could just be my diet and exercise change also.
A couple more of my coworkers have taken this for about two weeks.
Co-worker #1 and her husband think it's really helping them. She has not had time to weigh (huh???) but thinks her clothes are fitting looser. Her hubby has had time to weigh and is below 170lbs, which I guess he hasn't been in awhile (she didn't state his starting weight). They are taking two capsules per day and the hubby says that his appetite seems to be decreased.
Co-worker #2 says that it is not helping her, but she said she is only taking one capsule per day. She said she definately has not noticed any decrease in appetite.
So, maybe it works for some?? or maybe it's just placebo effect??
It is definitely a placebo. The human studies have yielded no positive results. Unless you are a rat and eating a large portion of ketones as your daily intake, then ketones won't do anything for you.
