Hey everyone!
I was just curious if anyone knew of any ways to track your weight loss,
I tried googling it but came up with few results.
The ones that I know of are:
-The weight loss ticker that 99% of you have as your signature. :P
-Making your own 'ticker' above your scale.
-Having a charm bracelet, adding a charm for every 5/10/15 pounds lost.
If anyone has any other ideas it would be great, thanks!
