3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

A couple of years ago someone posted a pantry challenge, I can't remember where I found it. Does anyone know? I have a large pantry with canned/bottled/boxed food from who knows how long. I'm on a crusade to get it cleaned out, eaten and stop buying so much. I took everything out, listed it and posted all 4 sheets on the back of the pantry door so I can cross out the used foods as I go. I'm challenging myself to cook daily meals out of the pantry until I'm down to the bare minimum of food items. I'm guilty of buying on sale, then never getting around to using it up before it expires. The gal that posted the thread had a challenge for us to use up items, then posting daily what we got rid of. No fair throwing it out, use it. This is an exercise in frugal living which I haven't been good at in the past. I would like to find that thread or start a new one if anyone is interested.
