Thanks!! I completely attribute it to only eating for one now, instead of 6 (no joke, I calculated and I was eating 7000-10000 calories/day just to maintain). Of course now the loss is slowing down, but I feel so much better that I'm motivated to push through. And you know what helps? BANANAS! Seriously, bananas and greek yogurt are like my new wonder foods. SO FILLING for so few calories!

I eat a banana for breakfast every day; and I have eaten them for all the time I lost weight -- and, I eat new potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta, beans, brown rice, barley, corn, and whole grain bread too -- all in measured servings ...

If you're eating the right amount of calories a banana will not make you (or anyone else) gain fat. Same is true for bacon, full-fat cheese, potatoes, bread, rice, mayonaise, chocolate, ground beef, carrots (oh, the sugar!), and every other food that we've been told not to eat at one time or another.

When I'm dictator of the universe those cheesy-looking ads will be banned from ALL media (the same goes for those "1 weird old tip. >Tip" ads) ... When I click on them you have to watch a video to get an answer, and I suppose that answer is what we already know is bad for us. I don't know whether the banana is something to eat or something to avoid and to be honest I cop the Rhett Butler 'tude

i eat a banana with breakfast every day, and after every workout because i'm prone to leg cramps and the potassium in the bananas apparently helps prevent that. LOVE me some bananas.
