not sure where to post this but what scale?

So Im sorry if this is not the right spot for this question.... but I have these two scales one digital one analog. When I started my "diet" I used both of them the digital read a bit heavier than the analog, but then again it always has. Now I see a big loss on the digital one but only about a lb on the analog one. My question is which one should I use? Im not sure about the accuracy of either the batteries in the digi are new and the analog is calibrated so I just dont know what do you guys think?

Pick one or the other, you only confuse yourself if you use more than one scale. I, personally like digital becuse it is easier to read and mine weighs to to the tenth of a pound

I have this issue. At my current weight the digital scale reads me 5lb heavier then the analog one. But my mom being like 4'5" shes 109lb it reads her only a lb offish. So I ditched the digital for now til I get lower then Ill retest them. I really wanted to use the digital cuz the number is easier to see but for now sticking with the regular old fashion scale.

Take something that you know the exact weigth, a 5 pound sack of sugar, for instance and weigh it on both scales and see which one is accurate.

I second this. I weighed my two ten pound dumbells on my digital scale and got 20 pounds.

Make sure you put a good 30-40 pounds of accurate weights on there if you do that. If your scale is off by like .2 every say 10 pounds, it can make a huge difference when your actually weighing yourself...but either way, pick one and stick with it. Even if there both off, you can still follow your progress with one :)

I personally go by my digital one because it weighs to a tenth of a pound. Since I weigh everyday, I like being able to see the numbers go 144.9, 144.7, 144.4 instead of just 144, 144 and 144. I won't weigh myself on any other scale because I know the weight will always be slightly different and than it just gets confusing.
