A&E's show "Heavy"
 

I find A&E's show "Heavy" an inspiring program of dieting and exercise. It used to come on Monday nights at 9 o'clock, but maybe that was where I lived before. Does anyone know if it still comes on and when? I didn't see the information at A&E's website.

Why was this post moved from dieting to "General Chatter," which is every non-dieting topic there is? It's definitely related to dieting and exercise - so why is it here? :?:

I think most of the threads about TV shows are moved to General Chatter.

Anyway, I also thought the series was pretty inspirational. The first season ended quite a while back.. as far as I know, there hasn't been any word about a second season yet. :)

Yeah, I loved that show! I don't think they are continuing it though :(

I don't think it's continuing either. Is a good show though. I really liked the Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition myself. What a great chance these people had to lose weight, and the oppurtunity to recieve escess skin surgery!

My favorites are I used to be fat, biggest loser and extreme makeover weight loss edition - I LOVE weight loss shows for motivation! I'll have to check out heavy!
