Hey, I recently read about Pinterest on one of these forums..
Seems I need an invite.... I requested one from the site, & have been waiting 2 days... Can members invite people to the site? & if so, anyone here a member & can send me one?

I asked for an invite and it took a good week to get it. Maybe even longer. So long I lost interest in actually joining :lol:

Yeah, it just takes a long time to get the invite. Plus, mine was in my junk mail. I think they work really hard to make sure no spammers get on there. It would be a pretty messy place if that wasn't the case.

For me it took just a few days to get the official invite! Although they probably know I like to partay, hence the quick invite is my guess! lol ;)
It's a fun site that has some great ideas & a lot of my passions!

I keep getting e-mails that "so and so" is following me since I joined.

Sue - it just means that people are interested in what your posting. Also, it looks at your Facebook & Twitter accounts (if you have them) and automatically follows any of your friends that are also on Pinterest. So, if one of your FB friends joins Pinterest, they will automatically follow you...lol.

I am SO addicted to Pinterest! It's a really great way to find new fashions, crafts, recipes, etc and be able to keep them all in one place without having to have a 12 mile long bookmark list.

i'm /superbre if you want some ideas on boards to create...
