What I did instead of snacking
 

I have been very crafty lately. I have been trying to keep my hands busy so I snack less at night when I am watching TV. I start off not wanting to get food crumbs on it and end up entirely forgetting about trips to the kitchen.
For my boyfriend's birthday, I made him this:

It is a record bag made of wool felt and flannel. I hand stitched it.

Do It! I highly recommend this as an anti snacking strategy. and post pictures.

I will right now I am just working on wash cloths for whoever will take them. I love my crocheted washcloths. Maybe I will work on stockings for the holidays.
