Eating Less - Say Goodbye to overeating by Gillian Riley
This is, by far, the most truthfull addition to your self-help books you'll ever own! This is not a diet book; it's all about how to train your mind & it will change the way you feel about junk food and really make you think twice before you eat it! She also gives you all the excuses you usually give yourself & she helps you get out of the corner you created.
Her philosophy is that you are using the same Neuro pathway in your brain for all the bad decisions about food you make and she explains the reason why it's so difficult for us to open a new neuro pathway for a healthier life. This is not a scientific book at all. She's straight forward, very honest and helps you cross over to the good side! Makes you laugh along the way at how well she knows obese people & what goes through our minds, while helping with self esteem issues, looks are not everything, hunger & freedom from food addiction.
So cheap at Amazon as well...no excuses, give it a go!
