Healthy Comfort Food...Possible?

Angie has obtained so much information on good nutrition, from her, since she has started her healthy eating web site.

Her name is Andrea and is having a contest but the coolest thing about it is you can submit your comfort food recipe and she will modify it into a healthier one.

wow, I wish she would come cook for us for a few months, ha. boy, I've simplified my food to get rid of calories, it's healthy and so comforting in that way. I wouldn't mind a wider variety of healthier stuff. part of that is having the time to research and cook, and bf has sort of taken over the kitchen too.

I'll see if I have any good ideas to submit: potato chips and pizza, heh heh
