I was just on the TMZ site had they have a photo gallery of celebrity weight loss before and after pictures.

Well I say they need to come and look at the weight loss pics on 3FC we have amazing before and after weight loss pictures.

I'm always in awe by this board. I don't spend nearly enough time hear and lord knows I need the accountability and motivation.

I just want to say three cheers to our own celebrity weight loss members Hollywood has NOTHING compared to this board. !
