I don't think the current mainstream fashion industry is about being average or attainable. It's a shame, really, because there are so many different kinds of beauty. There's a serious lack of shorter, fatter, and older in fashion. Life doesn't end if someone is in their forties, short people aren't invisible, and fat people can fit into clothes if you make 'em big enough.
I don't know about the website, but I just thought it would be terrible to try becoming a household name when you've been saddled with "Elizabeth Taylor". Whenever a fan or prospective client googles you, they'll have to search very hard to find you! They should have called her Elizabeth T on the gallery page like the other models.
