losing lbs during two weeks before period?

hi-

as soon as i start ovulating, about two weeks before i get my period, it seems harder for me to lose weight. it feels like the scale is lieing! ( ;
b/c i am eating the same, following WW and yet...

does anyone else have a similar pattern?
