Yesterday, after a meeting was the first time someone actually noticed and commented on my weight loss. I have lost 20lbs over the past three months and believe me, I have a long way to go but it was sooo nice to have a co-worker who I do not see on a regular bases notice that I had lost weight.
It made me feel good. This weight loss is hard, hard, slow, slow work and it was nice after 3 months for someone to notice and comment on it.
This belongs in the most awesome compliment thread! Good job, NEmom!! Keep going! And every time you feel defeated, listen to that compliment again in your head for motivation.
