Eliana, I am so sorry your mom is going through this. As a son of parents that suffered in their last days I can assure you that if you do the right things and allow God to do His then things will work out for the best.

It really bothers me when people suffer, and we want to allow death to happen sooner, but we really don't know what God has intended for those souls.

You just never know when someone will come along to share the message of salvation with them for eternal life.

I whole heartedly agree with you to a point. :) I am very much a "God's will" type person. But I am not black and white about it either.

In this case I think that your mom should be in the drivers seat here, and if she should decide to use her meds in a way in which they were not intended, that is her choice. Unless she is not sound in her mind and someone else is making decisions on her behalf, it would still be for her to choose. Just my opinion of course. :hug:
