Slouching

Today I noticed something weird, apparently it is now very uncomfortable for me to slouch. I've always been a sloucher for as long as I can remember and I still naturally start to slouch when I'm relaxing but now when my posture gets really bad my muscles seem scream at me "what the heck are you doing?" and I have to sit up straight to get comfortable again. Anyone else notice this weird phenomenon? :p

I'm not sure. My muscles have always screamed at me for slouching, but I do it anyway! :D I'm really bad at the computer.

Must be I need to make a mental note to cut it out. ;)

I do all the time...my body hates sitting up straight...I need to fix that. Any tips? haha
