So glad you got things resolved! I was about to tell you that your insurance company did something shady and to look up your old policies cuz I have NEVER heard of having comprehensive and not collison! Who would get that?!

People who park under rickety trees in thunderstorm-prone areas, but who never drive their cars, I guess? :D

But yeah, it looks like it's all going to get ironed out. I have rarely felt as big a "WHEW" feeling as I did when we got that call from the insurance company.
