Default Perhaps I have too much time on my hands?

I know not many people can say that and I feel for the ones who can't. I used to work a full 9 hours per day and then after work I would go to the gym and teach a class every single night. Five years ago!
I never had time for anything. Then I had kids and stopped working and working out and moved to a new state. A couple of months ago I thought about working from home but when I looked on-line everything seemed so fake. Plus I got myself on some lists and get unwanted phone calls weekly about making thousands of $$ working from home. Yeah right!
Today I was thinking about it again as we could use the extra income and I need to occupy my mind. So I don't think about food!
Do any of you have any suggestions on how to go about finding something legit to do from home?

As a part-time gig i sell stuff on eBay. Occasionally, when I want extra spending money, or if I want something really expensive, I see it as a trade off. Perhaps you can try that?

Make items for craft shows, tutoring, cake decorating. I work at home as a computer programmer, but I worked at my company for 7 years before they let me work from home.
