Boot Camp Question
 

Hello!
This morning I checked the Groupons for my city (if you haven't tried Groupon yet, you really should!) and they were offering $30 for a month of Boot Camp with 5 45-minute sessions a week. Just wondering if anyone has tried the Boot Camp style workouts and if $30 for a month is a good price. The offer expires tonight so I'm hoping to get a lot of great responses today! Thanks in advance!

I have not personally tried them, but a friend did and LOVED them. Is it 4 weeks of 5 45 min workouts a week? If so, $30 is a GREAT deal.

yes, it's 4 weeks, 5 sessions a week that you choose the time and place, and each session is 45 minutes long. they do classes of no more than 10 people at a time, and i was reading a little more and I guess it also includes a visit with their nutritionist before you start and after you complete 30 days.

Sounds like a good deal to me. That's only $1.50 per class if you take advantage of all of the classes......I really enjoy boot camp, but the overall quality of the class would depend on the instructor.
