First of all I think you look 170-180 - fabulous progress and I love your hair and top and style in general. Definitely the stunning one in the group photo.
Secondly, figuring out "where" you want to end up is the most frustrating thing about weight loss!!! I picked an arbitrary weight to be my goal, but I also want to wear a specific clothing size. What if I wear that size before goal weight? Or worse (and probably more likely), what if I get to target weight but I'm still not wearing my target size? Numbers already have too much control over us, so I agree with your decision to take things day by day. Enjoy the stellar progress you've made and are continuing to make, and love every day feeling healthy and keeping up good habits. You have a lot to be proud of. :) |

Thank you! The top I'm wearing was a shirt I wore before I started the diet. It used to be a little bit snug, now I'm wearing it like a dress.. I've been wearing old shirts as "dresses" with leggings and a belt. Trying to save money, bahaha. People haven't noticed that I'm doing that, thank goodness, but I find it a little bit funny.

You look thinner there than I do now at 170ish, honestly, and I'm only a couple of inches shorter. You look awesome! Definitely go by how you feel, rather than what other people think.

If you are 210 in that pic I think 145 is too small for you but thats just my opinion I think you look amazing right now!
