I'm not sure how many people have heard of FreeCycle but I am in love! I have given away baby items, housewares, crafts and holiday decorations. I have received toddler toys, craft items and clothing.

It is one of the many Yahoo groups people can join. You post ads for wants and offers. I posted a want for little people toys for my toddler and I was given way too many that I actually had to give some to a needy friend! I also posted a want for women's clothing for myself since I am in between sizes and money doesn't grow on trees in my house. 2 separate women offered clothing they wanted to get rid of. Some fits now and some it a goal for me. Not cheap stuff either! I'm talking everything from Old Navy to Anne Taylor!!

Take a peek, most areas have a FreeCycle for their town/county. Check them out, it is a fabulous way to clean out you old and bring in some new. My theory is if it can be bleached or thrown in the washing machine it's good enough for me!
