Default HELP! Is anyone good with Microsoft Access?

Hello!

For one of my classes, we have to do a database project in Access. The instructor has given us screen shots of what the query results should look like.

In one part, we are to calculate the current accounts receivable for a list of customers. I went to the tutoring lab about it today, and the tutor walked me through the steps. I had all of the result quantities correct (ex, he said we needed 14, I had 14).

I thought all was well.

I get home and realize that two customers, who are supposed to have a zero balance, are missing. Would anyone be willing to look at it for me? Maybe I'm missing something obvious....
