I've been working at Mcdonalds and I really hate it! We get one 30 min break per 7 hour and 15 minute shift. The managers/person will tell you when to go on break...and I just wondered what the law on how long you can go without a break is?
I am 24 so not a minor. I live in PA
Today I worked 8-1 without a break...
And, this is usually how it goes! The positive thing is, a late break makes the rest of my shift feel like it goes by faster. However, after I go so long without food or drink I started to "burn out" or something. I can't imagine this can be good for me? So, I was just curious as to what the laws are...

) and find out what the law requires in your state. An additional note, if you are working during your "breaks" or "lunch hour", I would bet you're not getting paid for that. Either they pay you for your overtime or you get a designated break/lunch time.
