Iron Chef fans
 

tonight Iron chef's show is battle cauliflower. the challenger decided to battle micheal simon alone! no assistant chefs. never been done before. it's fun to watch. they are moving even faster than usual.
i've haven't seen it, but i think new episodes are on sundays. so this probably isnt new. but gives us ideas of what to do w/cauliflower. i prob. won't make any of it. it's still fun to watch. :D

Iron Chef Rocks!! I'm a huge fan and I remember that episode well...Michael Symon ended up kicking out his assistants as well and they went head to head. It was intense!

I also had absolutely no idea that there were so many forms of cauliflower.

I love Iron Chef America. Michael Symon and Bobby Flay are my 2 favs :)
