Cloths you wish you could wear and cloths you PLAN to wear too!
I though this might be a good juxtaposition for the cloths you would never wear thread!
Here are mine: 1. Sleeveless dresses and tops without a sweater! Actually anything that isn't 2/3 sleeved to hide my jiggly upper arms. I am really working on toning them! 2. Skirts at mid knee or right above the knee, I know this isn't exactly wild but I am 56 years old! 3. thigh high stockings (:o they always roll down) 4. Narrow 3" heels, before I hurt my hip and knee I fit in them and walk in them just fine but truthfully my weight was sort of hard on the shoes themselves! Only ten more weeks until my hip replacement!!!! I found a knock off site for vintage cut here and love the cloths! I ordered one dress (2x) and a pair of flats to go with last night. We are moving into a much larger house (if it ever gets finished!) and I will finnaly have my long dreamed of "hideout"... a laundry/craft/ sewing room combo (15 feet by 20 feet!!!!) Meanwhile I am going to keep my eye out for an adjustable dressmakers dummy and vintage dress patterns at estate sales. |

shorts that go above the knee (doesn't have to be that far above, I'm 46 he heh) heels a bathing suit without a skirt (!) |
There's nothing I plan to wear that I won't wear now, oddly enough.
I'm 288 lbs, and I wear sleeveless now. Yes, I'm fat and it's not the most attractive thing in the world, but it's 110*, so I don't care. Same for shorts. I wear skirts and dresses when the mood strikes. I have my hair and nails done regularly. Life really isn't going to be much different at goal, except I'll be a smaller size. |
Skirts and dresses! I just seem to be shaped all wrong for skirts. Narrow cut skirts make my tummy look enormous, and fuller cut skirts make all of my bottom half look enormous. And dresses all seem to cling to my tummy and I look pregnant. I've always had slender, rather attractive, legs and with running they look even more incredible, and I want to be able to wear skirts and show them off!
And swimsuits! I can wear a tankini with swim shorts and not look too horrible, but a regular swimsuit just makes all my fat look disgusting. I guess I should be grateful that my one big problem area is my tummy. I don't have to fret too much about my arms, thighs, butt and everything else that seems to plague some people. |
Things young women wear... without feeling out of place or uncomfortable:
1. Those graphic skinny tees!!! I want to wear those SO MUCH... but I feel horrible in them. 2. Skinny jeans. 3. Tank top type shirts, camis etc... without having them ALWAYS be underneath something (y'know... when girls layer them?) 3. short dresses 4. dress shirts (y'know... those shirts that are also dresses?) with leggings underneath 5. short shorts. and so on. :p I want to be cool and hip... but then again... I still won't be able to wear most of these things... I just have some large girlies... so... yeah. ;) |
Sleeveless shirts.
Dresses. Tight clothes. Skirts. Anything revealing. I can't wait to start feeling sexy. |
I plan to go the beach in board shorts and a bikini top! :)

Skinny jeans
Fitted shirts Hippie type clothes with the strappy shirt and low-hanging skirts. High heels Off the shoulder shirts/dresses like this pretty yellow foil dress I bought, but can't fit into. |
Skinny Jeans
fitted t- shirts- I want to be able to tuck it without my fat looking weird Cute lil summer dresses Tank tops |
Short skirts and dresses WITHOUT having to wear leggings/tights
Shorts in summer! Simple skinny jeans and a tshirt outfit but actually feel attractive in it. A swimsuit I actually feel good in and want people to see. Beachy, summery type clothing without feeling self conscious. Strapless dresses - even though my boyfriend hates them, I have one I love from when I was a little smaller - and I want that to be too big! This one may never happen, but, a "bodycon" dress - figure hugging! |
OKay..maybe I'm weird, but I pretty much wear everything that is mentioned here. I love my skinny jeans..I love halter & tube tops (even though I do wear a cover..I've NEVER liked showing my arms. Even when I was thinner, I never wore anything strapless alone). I love skirts, and I love wearing dresses. I do wish my feet were a little narrow so I could wear beautiful Manolos or Louboutins. I do wish I could wear shorts again. And I'd love to wear a swimsuit that I didn't have to wear a shirt over. I want to wear sexy lingerie. I have some, but I feel very self conscience in it.

I just want to feel "comfortable" in anything I wear without all the bulges showing! I do have a big yen to get into my swimsuit so I can go swimming again which is the only activity I can do being disabled. AND I just bought a bootiful (that's Norfolk accent) faux fur leopard coat for the winter. Got to! Got to!

I want to wear girls clothes, I'm just starting out dieting, couple of weeks in.
I've got into a rut of wearing my husbands clothes even though he is bigger than me and I know they hang off me and look awful but I just want to hide away. I want to wear jeans with belts (belts draw attention to my waist and dig in meaning I wont wear one even if I need it) Tee shirts shorter than mid thigh! Some of my tees are intended as dresses lol A few years ago I went out clubbing in a full PVC outfit, corset long skirt with massive split the lot (it was a bet) I weighed less then than I do now but only a bit but I had so much confidence! I just want a little o tha back (but not the PVC ugh lol) |

LOL, I am 39 and would only wear these types of clothes as 'bedroom play' but I LOVE all the short skirts and skimpy tops from HOT TOPIC as well as the thigh high pvc boots - but I wear pretty much anything as long as it isn't tight, I hate the feel of my rolls stretching agains fabric!
