What exactly does this stuff do and is it safe? Does it even work?

according to the box (i have it in front of me) it reduces belly bloat, reduces body waste buildup without harsh chemicals, supports colon and digestive stytem, suports liver function, and makes you feel lighter etc.

i bought it about 2 weeks ago. it's a week of some type of natural detox (pretty sure it's laxative and whatever it is that gets rid of excess water) and then a week of probiotics to help your stomach.

i started it the beginning of this week and did it for 2 days and had to stop because it gave me diarrhea. it warns you that if you get diarrhea you should discontinue immediately. i can't really say if it works or not from personal experience, clearly. i can say that i lost 30 bucks cuz i can't use it now.

it does not claim to help you lose weight. some people actually gain weight from it. it's supposed to work like any other detox and cleanse but more naturally.

in the 2 days i was on it, i didn't lose weight but my belly bloat did go down (i also peed about every hour and pooed 5 times each day). i can't say i'd reccommend it, but then again, not everyone reacts the same.
