I like this thread and loved the episode that the idea came from.
1) Eat the recommended daily amount of fruits and veggies every day 2) Learn and make a new healthy recipe for my family and me every week 3) Finish up all indoor projects (all require me to move more anyways :o) ) 4) Do some sort of exercise everyday for at the very least,15 minutes 5) Read more and spend less time in front of the tv and computer |
Uh lemme think....
1. Go to the school gym at least 4 times a week, 2 days cardio, 2 days weight training, and if I can squeeze in a 5th day then use that for an additional cardio day. 2. Cut back on beer. 3. Stop skipping breakfast as much. 4. Try to start drawing more again to keep busy (eatting out of boredom is a killer for me). 5. Try not to stay up so late when it's not needed to prevent late night snacking. |
I like this ...
1. Get my budget under control 2. Go to the gym at least 5 days a week 3. Start wearing my pedometer more often 4. Go through all old clothing and donate things that don't fit or that are out dated 5. Volunteer more with the Special Olympics |
