Sox are looking good... we won tonight... John Lackey got a win against his 'old' team the Angels... I wish these wins were reflected in the standings, we are not in the same division, so we are still 6 games back... "for now"...

Whew. Pulled one out last night. I didn't see it since it was such a late game and went into extra innings. The guys on the radio were being really negative about it, so I thought the Rockies lost. But they won. I guess it was just kind of ugly.

Just got back from a little vacation, DH & I didn't turn on the tv the entire time we were gone so I am totally behind on my teams... Saw the last few innings of the Braves last night, but have a lot to catch up on!

Phillies took 3 of the 4 game series.

Despite our terrible game, we did have a wonderful ceremony at Fenway last night .. started with video of soldiers in Afghanistan signing baseballs and last night 3 soldiers parachuted into fenway with them, some were used for first pitches and some will be donated... very cool...
Well, that's embarassing... the game is 'ON' right now... I didn't know they were playing a day game... :o in a rain delay... Enjoy your games... :corn: |

Our game against D's ROCKS was so freakin' bad that it was not even in the Los Angeles Times I received this morning....there were stories about a couple of players but not one mention of last night's game...was not even listed in the standings???
Guess the reporter went to bed when I did at 0-7...got a little worse...0-8 Had the entire LAKER game news....a wonderful game!!! Enjoy your games kids... |
