No Nascar here. We are going to watch the Kentucky/Tennesse basketball game. Go Cats!
We did go out for dinner and a movie Sat. (Stayed w/in calorie budget. yeah!)

Well I got to watch the Daytona 500...

and...

walk 2.5 miles with my wife

then while Angie went to yoga....

vacuum the house

pay some bills

fill the wheel burro's tire with air

make a run to the grocery store

thank goodness for cautions :mad:....;)

a perfect Valentine's Day ;)

we had a four day weekend because valentines day is actually my hubbys birthday. we went to a movie on friday, our birthday tradition of going to the used book store to stock up on saturday, and to the game shop for a new game and some new magic cards (we're so nerdy!) and had a nice thai dinner, sunday was laze around and play games day - but he surprised me!! When I got up in the morning, sitting on the couch in my spot was a card - hubby doesn't EVER do cards, and certainly not for valentines day since it's his birthday... and it was really really sweet and at the end of the card he told me to look under the cushion! He got me a gorgeous bracelet. so sweet.
and then today to round it all out we did a bunch of chores and then got to spend some time with his sister and our new niece.

all in all- can't get much better!

We cleaned house. I sent hubby a cute txt, he sent it back. All is good.
